
Mitsuru's marriage has no relevance to the story, while Haru's the entire reason she joins the Thieves.Mitsuru is resigned to (albeit not perfectly happy) with her marriage, while Haru is desperate to get out of hers.Mitsuru is extremely loyal to her father and first created SEES to protect him, while Haru opposes her father and joins the Phantom Thieves of Hearts to reform him.Mitsuru was the first member to join SEES, while Haru is the last (permanent) member to join the Phantom Thieves of Hearts.Mitsuru eventually takes over her father's company, while Haru realizes she's out of her depth.Mitsuru is scared of horror movies, while Haru loves them.Mitsuru engages in athletic abilities (fencing), while there is no evidence Haru is athletic.Mitsuru discourages silly behavior, while Haru embraces it.Haru, on the other hand, is very shy, much more friendly and prefers first-name basis with affectionate honorifics. She can also be very awkward, as shown when she first introduces herself to the others as "Beauty Thief", and forgets parts of the script she had rehearsed with Morgana, to the point of saying "We will take the Treasure." twice in a row, much to Futaba's ire. She refuses to work with the Thieves, due to their internal fighting, and relies instead on Morgana to help her.ĭespite this, Haru is an incredibly kind-hearted girl she becomes fast friends with all of the Phantom Thieves, and is the only member of the group Ryuji doesn't argue with on a regular basis. She initially teams up with Morgana, who has left the Thieves, to help her pursue her father's treasure inside his Palace.

She calls Makoto "Mako-chan" as she sees her as the first, true friend she's ever had, much to Makoto's appreciation. Haru has difficulty in telling people who sees her as a "friend" and those who merely wants to use her for her family's status. She feels chained down by her father, and despises having everything in her life be chosen for her. She's a very soft-spoken person, though elegant in how she converses due to her upbringing in an elite family. Haru joins the Thieves as the only senior student in the group, she's the daughter of the president of a country-spanned food manufacturer. Her new third-tier ultimate Persona in Royal is Lucy, a representation of Countess Lucy Hay, the 17th century English courtier who is believed to be the real life basis of Milady de Winter. Astarte manifests as a female figure on top of a huge, pink, floral-patterned, three-faced skull in constant rotation. Astarte was later demonized in Judeo-Christian traditions into Astaroth, one of the three dukes of Hell. In Sumerian mythology, Astarte is known for stealing from Enki, god of wisdom. Her Ultimate Persona is Astarte, also known in Abrahamic lore as Ashtoreth and a counterpart to Ishtar, the Mesopotamian goddess of love and war. Her dress also hides a multitude of firearms beneath it. As a Persona, Milady takes an appearance of a living ball gown with a fan and a handheld domino mask for a face. Her Persona is the Empress Arcana's Milady, as in Milady de Winter, a spy and thief in Alexandre Dumas' famous 1844 novel The Three Musketeers.

She learns Psiskills, defensive skills like Tetrakarn and Makarakarn, and is the only one (aside from Joker) that can learn Gun skills. Haru's stats are balanced similar to Makoto, albeit with an edge in Strength instead.
